Mrs. Q! On the cauliflower...I did not include a price breakdown for this dish. It was not part of our original dinner! My mother in law gently insisted that I use it, as she wouldn't be able to. I happened to have cottage cheese and cheese that were both on sale this week, so Voila! If I had to guess, the dish would have been $2.50 - $3. Since I don't buy cauliflower, I have NO idea how much it costs!
