The Helper...

"The LORD will perfect that which concerns me;
Your mercy, O LORD, endures forever;
Do not forsake the works of Your hands."
Psalm 138:8

He will perfect that which concerns me. Which means that I am not alone in my efforts to improve myself spiritually. He is the One Who strengthens. He is the One Who is working on me. It is not just me in my pitiful humanity trying to attain to the perfection of Christ. The Holy Spirit is the One Who shapes and molds me into the woman He wants me to be.

Prayer:
Thank You Lord, that it is You Who is working on me and in me! Mold me into a vessel to be used for Your glory. Give me opportunity today to share Your love with others. Let Christ be perfected in me!

Hi, Mrs. Q! :) I just wanted to let you know that I got your comments over on my blog and I think I'll actually put the answers in a post within the next day, if that's okay. I don't mind the questions at all. I'm far from an expert on the subject of homeschooling, but I suppose I'm an expert on what homeschooling looks like for our family. And I'm glad to help out others as I can.

Have a wonderful day!

I think you have an opportunity via this blog to be able to touch people on a daily basis. The process of being "refined" in the Lord can be a nasty, painful thing---but I know there are rest stops of peace along the way----and in the end our joy will be so full and complete and perfect that we wouldn't change a thing that we had to go through to get there. Thanks for the reminder :).
